Torchon Bistro will introduce many new and some familiar experiences in food profiles, considering taste, texture and seasonality. A hyper focused menu maintaining an utmost respect and diligence in food, community and fresh concepts.
'Farm to Fork'
To the best of our abilities our menu will offer Alaska's locally-grown bounty of produce! Most of which occurs in the summer and well into Fall. We are also striving to source a large variety of our meats locally as well.
Torchon Bistro is an option away from the harried downtown parking mess, and a very quick drive to downtown (via Minnesota) leaving plenty of time to get to events and shows.
